Type: Personal Project / Passion Project

Objective: The goal of this website was to create a comprehensive and easy-to-navigate resource for condominium residents and potential buyers. It was designed to address the common frustration of finding specific, detailed information about a building, its amenities, rules, and local community resources.

My Role: I handled all aspects of this project, including:

Strategy & Planning: Defined the target audience (residents, prospective buyers, real estate agents) and mapped out the necessary content and features.

Design: Created a clean, modern, and user-friendly interface with a clear information hierarchy to ensure easy navigation.

Development: Developed the site from scratch, focusing on a responsive design to ensure it works seamlessly on desktops, tablets, and mobile phones.

Content Management: Implemented a system to easily update information, a crucial feature for a site with ever-changing details like events and building rules.

Key Features:
Interactive floor plans and image galleries
A dedicated section for resident-only information (e.g., bylaws, meeting minutes)
A blog for community updates and news
An integrated contact form

Results: This project served as a valuable exercise in building a site that is not only visually appealing but also highly functional. It demonstrates my ability to take a complex idea and turn it into a streamlined, user-focused web solution.
